Ryzen 3 1200 safe overclocking help

Hello, I needed help on how to overclock my Ryzen 3 1200 CPU at a stable clock speed and safe voltage without running into something wrong for the first time. Walk me through from stock to OC, please. Thank you.

My current specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1200 w/ Wraith Stealth Cooler @ 3.1 GHz Base (3.4 GHz Boost) [Default Stock Speed]
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Single-Channel 8GB DDR4-2400 (can be overclocked to 3200 MHz on the current mobo)
Mobo: MSI B350-M Gaming Pro motherboard (BIOS Ver. 2.90)
GPU: Temporary MSI GeForce GT 720 2GB VRAM (upgrading to a 4GB GTX 1050 Ti eventually soon)
Storage: Western Digital Blue 1TB HDD
PSU: Corsair CX650 2017 Model 650W
Case: DIY-PC Ranger R4 Red ATX Mid-Tower
OS: Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
