new x3440 rig

i recently bought an x3440 from ali express and bundled it with a cheap motherboard FOXCONN h55MX-S
and an rx 460 4gb
and when i went to a local store to buy a PSU i found just this one an ANTEC VP400PC its a continious power psu with 82% max efficiency pfc active
but its not a 80plus 
i wanted to buy it but i need your help is it a good powersuplie for my build or i have to vaid it
and what do you think about this build i dont want to overclock untill i buy a good motherboard

    If you can buy from EVGA's site wait until wensday when they do midweek madness you can always nab psu's with 1 year warranties that are either openbox,returned,refurbished,or blemished for silly cheap. Got a 600w white cert for 15 US a few weeks back.
